In our 4-Hour workshop, we teach you the details of the Hazard Communication Standard. This standard addresses every hazardous chemical from cancer-causing carcinogens to flammables, explosives, poisons, pollutants, skin irritants, eye hazards, and even those with organ damaging effects and respiratory hazards.
You will gain an awareness of how to protect yourself and co-workers from the often unrecognized life threatening dangers of chemical exposure in our highly interactive training format. Whether it is the immediate and obvious chemical hazards such as flammables, or it the longer-term silent killers like carcinogens, you owe it to yourself, and your family to know about them.

• Understanding changes required in the HAZCOM/GHS transformation including specifics about new chemical Hazard Classifications, Labeling requirements, and the 9 GHS Pictograms.
• OSHA mandated training requirements that must be met for the new GHS, beginning with December 1, 2013 and moving through June 1, 2016.
